The United Nations Association of Tampa Bay is excited to announce our 2019 Picture My Life exhibit will be held at the Morean Center for Arts on October 17, 2019 (tickets are available here).
As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. During this globally-themed reception, the experiences of 12 refugee children living in Tampa Bay, who have been given high-quality cameras and taught the basics of the photographic arts, will be exhibited and auctioned off during a night of moving stories and artistic expression.
A pre-exhibit was held at the Leepa Ratner Museum at the St. Petersburg College Tarpon Springs campus.
